Yes — every order above Rs 5,000 ships free across Pakistan. Below that, a flat Rs 200 delivery charge applies. The cart and checkout show exactly how much more you need to add to unlock free delivery.

Most pret pieces run in S, M and L; some styles also include XS, XL or Free Size (XS · S · M · L · XL · Free Size). The size and colour picker on each product shows exactly what is in stock. Choosing between sizes? Check the size guide or message us your measurements — we will happily advise.

Yes — before it is packed for dispatch. Reply 2 or CANCEL on the WhatsApp confirmation, or message us with your order id. Once an order is packed and handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but because we are Cash on Delivery you can refuse the parcel on delivery and you will not be charged.

You pay in cash when the parcel arrives — no advance payment needed. After placing your order you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation step: reply 1 or CONFIRM to confirm, or 2 / CANCEL to cancel. We only dispatch once you confirm, so you are never surprised by a parcel.

Yes — it keeps everything honest for both sides. Right after checkout you will see a “Message us on WhatsApp” button that opens a chat with our team (0310 9518111). Just press send; our confirm desk marks your order ready for dispatch.

Unstitched pieces come in one standard size — they are cut fabric, stitched to your own measurements by your tailor. If you are unsure how much fabric a piece needs, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm.

Please inspect your parcel in front of the courier before paying. If anything is damaged, wrong, or missing, note it on the spot and message us on WhatsApp (0310 9518111) with a photo within 48 hours. See our exchange and return policy for the full window and process.

Yes — exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags intact. Since we are a COD brand, we exchange rather than refund cash. Message us on WhatsApp with your order id and we will arrange the swap. Full details are on the exchange & returns page.

Open the Track order page, enter your order id (e.g. #3F8A1C2B) and the phone number you ordered with. You will see the live status — from confirmation to courier dispatch — plus your tracking number once your order is approved for shipping.
