Our promise
The simple rules of shopping with Jogi by Sana Jahangir — written the way we actually work.
Orders are placed on this website with Cash on Delivery as the payment method — you pay in cash when the parcel arrives. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product price; delivery charges are shown separately before you place the order. A sale price is only shown when a compare-at price has genuinely been set higher — we never invent discounts.
After checkout we confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. You may reply 1 or CONFIRM to proceed, or 2 / CANCEL to cancel. We only prepare and ship orders that have been confirmed — if we cannot reach you, the order stays on hold rather than shipping unexpectedly.
We sell real inventory, and the stock shown on each size and colour is deducted the moment an order is placed. If an item sells out between viewing and ordering, we will let you know and offer the nearest alternative or cancel the order — we never charge you for something we cannot deliver.
You can cancel any order before it is packed for dispatch — the simplest way is to reply 2 / CANCEL on the WhatsApp confirmation, or message us with your order id. Once an order is packed and handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but because we are COD you can refuse the parcel on delivery and you will not be charged.
As a Cash on Delivery brand, we exchange rather than refund cash. Exchanges for size or colour are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, tagged items, and faulty pieces are replaced or exchanged within 48 hours of delivery. Full details live on the exchange & returns page.
We photograph our pieces carefully, but colours can vary slightly between screens and lighting, and hand-finished pieces may differ a little from one another. That is part of what makes them handmade. Fabric and care notes are shown only where they are true and provided by the brand.
The Jogi by Sana Jahangir name, logo and all product photography on this site belong to the brand and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We may update these terms as the store evolves — the version on this page is always the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
